Unfortunately, our team was affected by COVID. Two of our team guys tested positive so we had to pull them and their roomies. Jimmy ended up taking the four guys and meeting a dad halfway to get them home. Being short four team members, we headed from Texas to Oklahoma. A couple days later, Jimmy started to not feel well, and long story short – he tested positive, and we had to pack our whole family up to head back home. The problem was that he had been with Steve (our lead revivalist) which resulted in Steve and his wife also quarantining. We had to cancel the rest of our schedule and get all the team members home. By the time we made it home, both Lori and Cameron began showing symptoms so we were very grateful to be back in our home to recover. All four of us ended up getting it, but thankfully it wasn’t too bad. Several people have asked us what it was like, and I think all of us would say the achiness was the toughest part. Now we are just dealing with exhaustion. Grateful that we were all together.
