It’s hard to capture all that God did here at camp this summer. From meaningful conversations to powerful testimonies, to the joy of watching families grow stronger in their relationships—these are just glimpses of the incredible work He accomplished. Our hope is that some of these stories will encourage your heart and remind you that you had a part in what God has done.

_{This week has been such a blessing! I feel God has spoken to me to let it all go. That is my continuous prayer, that I will trust Him to give me the strength and courage to do it!
Once again God has refreshed and refocused me. We have been coming to camp for years and I can honestly say that I am filled with the peace and presence of God every time! This year we have two of our children, their spouses and all six of our grandchildren. God has shown me how faithful He is.
The greatest blessing is to see my kids and grandkids loving Jesus personally and Life Action Camp has been a big part of that!}

I was able to pause my regular life and spend time with my family without worrying about the day to day. Reconnecting with a “refresh” on relationships with God was what I needed to examine current work and personal situations. I love the idea on the clear conscience and obedience together along with the reminder of what forgiveness does for our freedom. I was able to use obedience and forgiveness almost immediately with my son. That would’ve looked very different without the week we had here. I was very angry at the beginning of the week and I have softened with this week. Thank you.

I learned I need to let go of bitterness and forgive. “Forgiveness is a lifestyle.”
I need to show my brokenness around my kids and the allow them to see how great of a Heavenly Father
we have be and how his redemptive love can restore no matter what age they are.

As my 7-year-old daughter and I were walking to dinner on the last night of camp she said to me
“This place makes me want to enjoy God more.” How beautiful. As a mom, what more could I ask or
hope for? It is obvious how thoughtful and intentional the Life Action team is in preparing for such a
meaningful experience for the entire family at camp.

This has been a good time to reflect on my marriage and learn how to improve. I am grateful the speakers don’t speak down to us from the heights of perfection, but as feel travelers on the journey.

Thank you, Life Action Camp! We’ve had a wonderful time this week. God is so faithful and we
are so grateful that He has called you all to such a wonderful ministry. This is our 11th year and our four
kids have grown up under such loving, godly examples here. My wife and I call these weeks our spiritual
new year.

Thank you for standing with us! Because of your involvement, lives are being transformed, families are being strengthened, and the hope of Jesus is being shared. We couldn’t do this without you, Jimmy & Lori
